I read the review, and, of course, its an opinion of the book. I am unsure how this can be construed as false. It does make me wonder about the capability of the author of the book in writing anything of a scholarly nature. Perhaps she felt that the review would impact her ability to find work. The review, I felt, had some constructive criticism if that it suggested better editing and doing more than reprinting ICC's statutes would improve it. Good luck to the website's editor.
