					<description><![CDATA[I would tend to agree with the judge on the drywall issue.  The damage may grow over time but it is there in substance from the moment of installation.  This is in contrast to say water damage from a leaking plumbing fixture.  In that case the installation may well have been fine to start with and other factors caused the change.]]></description>
