i haven&#039;t watched enough of it--as in any of it--to know if that is fair.  but we shouldn&#039;t assume that just because the cameras are rollilng that anything goes.

i mean, remember back when Jerry Springer had a fight in every episode.  yeah, after a few months it suddenly hit me.  This was pro wrestling.  that is, scripted.  because if it was real, you would think that every episode would be followed by the police arresting a man for assault and battery.]]></description>

Because this is exact what the legislature had in mind when they wrote the racketeering statute. What foresight the New Jersey legislature had. Or could it be that the Judge just wants to amuse himself by presiding over this trial?]]></description>
