The one in Ohio was from a dash cam’ in the officer’s own car.

The Maryland one is from the helmet cam.

Ohio is shocking. Without the dash cam it would have been “I saw something in his hand and he did not comply with orders” and swept under the rug.

Here’s another one from Maryland where the cops cover up their behavior but only because the victims parents could hire a detective was the surveillance camera footage found.
