Howard Dean’s comment explaining why Obamacare would not include tort reform. This is a shameful comment about a shameful omission in health care reform. It’s amazing that Democrats and the administration defend a medical liability system that the medical community loathes, wastes billions of dollars on defensive medicine and misses the vast majority of patients who are true victims of negligence. Remind me again? Who are the big donors to the Democrats?
