Plaintiffs allege that “an amazed Antorcha asked the witness and Mr. Engerrand if foot-tapping was
going-on. Mr. Engerrand denied it; the witness admitted it. Antorcha then terminated the deposition.”

Obviously the toe tapping didn’t work.
