The ladies have strained their relations with the courts. Sometimes a husband/boyfriend will kill his wife/girlfriend. About a quarter of the time, the male is dispatched with prejudice. Spousal murders run about 2,000 out of 20,000. Who on earth is in a better position to get on your nerves than your spouse? That only 10% of murders are spousal murders says that marriage is a civilizing institution. None the less, no judge want’s to be accused of not protecting an innocent lady, and protective orders rain like confetti.

According to the news article in the link, the separation is in its second year. Perhaps the fellow wanted to annoy his ex, but it might be just an offering of a truce. The authorities went way too far in arresting that poor soul. We need protective orders against foolish judges.

My ex wrote to me twice. To ask for more money. My only contact with my nutty daughter was through her, and I haven’t any news of my daughter in 25 years.

Poor guy, indeed. He is the biggest idiot. What, you think a judge is going to ignore this behavior? FB is not unlike leaving messages on an answering machine or any number of stupid behaviors. Just trying to “friend” her indeed.

LOL, poor guy. He probably thought he was just “adding” her as a friend, next thing he knows, he’s violated his order. Sounds like one of his buddies came up with that one while watching the game together.
