					<description><![CDATA[I have seen doctors sued who actually corrected problems caused by another doctor simply because you could read his name. Lesson learned, don&#039;t sign something with a legible signature.

I would think that one of the easiest forms of tort reform w0uld be to make it easier to countersue.]]></description>
