Mark P., it may be “the principles of comety”, but some of these cases look more like the client and the lawyer studied the principles of COMEDY.
Seems like they should be the ones between a rock and a hard place–
or is that “IRAQ” and a hard place?

The principles of comety call for hard evidence in cases like these; they certainly won’t take his word for granite. Still, if they touched him when they took the rock, he could switch to a boulder approach — maybe he can charge them with basalt and battery.

The rock likely came from the mother ship. If he had claimed that as well then the Scientologist would have bid on it as well.

Why can’t a judge just through this crap out? Much more serious issues are dumped every day.
