					<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t know how it is in much of the country, but in South Carolina, at least, it&#039;s already established that there is liability for people you get drunk, be it by serving them at your bar, or serving them at a party you&#039;ve thrown.  That&#039;s why it&#039;s recommended, for large parties (weddings being a common example), to get a catering service to handle the alcohol, because then the bulk of the liability moves to them.

I forget the name of this doctrine, but... it&#039;s what I&#039;ve been taught, here (undergrad, pre-law courses, for what those are worth, so the reality could be WAY off *eyeroll*)]]></description>
