They can’t’ give away a toy with a happy meal. what if they sell it for a penny or a nickle? Since they actually do account for the cost of the toy in the meal price…

What is surprising to me is not that the Board of Supervisors has banned the happy meal – one would expect such an action from these Leftist fanatics – but that Mayor Gavin Newsom vetoed the ban.

“Parents, not politicians, should decide what their children eat, especially when it comes to spending their own money.”
“Despite its good intentions, I cannot support this unwise and unprecedented governmental intrusion into parental responsibilities and private choices.”

Imagine, a politician in San Francisco that actually has some common sense. He actually sounds like he is a Libertarian.
