					<description><![CDATA[You have to be from New Jersey to understand this issue.  The problem with COAH is that it adds another level of regulation and is preposterously complicated.  I support getting rid of zoning and agree that zoning keeps prices high.  That being said, I do not support having another level of regulation to counteract the problems imposed by the first level.  The complexity wants to make you tear your hair out because it is so complicated and stupid.

Good luck getting rid of it though.  The NJ Supreme Court routinely orders the legislature to enact laws, so its unlikely they will let their baby die.]]></description>
