He managed to convince a federal judge. While I&#039;m quick to agree that similar cases are crazy and that the people involved were rightly fired, I think this is an exception. Instead this is an honest guy getting vindicated. (or at least that is my take from the article, who knows if it is a fair account of what actually happened)]]></description>
