It&#039;s not just Recession-related. It&#039;s been a problem at our shop for over a decade.  We invest in new hires who can&#039;t--or won&#039;t--think on their own.  We do try--but we can&#039;t do it all ourselves.  Burning daylight here--and it&#039;s very difficult to find any exception of any pedigree from any school in the U.S. that breaks the pattern.]]></description>
