					<description><![CDATA[RE the foreclosure in Florida that left the homeowner free and clear. Be careful what you wish for. If that homeowner tries to just scrape and paint over the mold in the house, he&#039;s in for a big surprise.  I can&#039;t imagine any mortgage company lending a dime on a property that has been described in court and in the media as having mold. Just an inspection then remediation of mold is going to consume any potential profits, if you can find a sucker willing to buy a 2/1 with no A/C in Florida.]]></description>
