I was having a dispute with an auto repair shop. When I sent them the paperwork to back up my warranty claim, I included a photocopy of a random attorney’s card. He wasn’t my attorney at all, he was the City Attorney for Podunkville, but I had his card. The shop called me back very promptly and most courteously. They were most cooperative. Butter wouldn’t melt in their mouth. 🙂
