					<description><![CDATA[If there ever was a more clear cut case of this guy being silenced simply because he is not a large company, I don&#039;t know what is.  Copyright law doesn&#039;t have provisions in it that &#039;if you are a small fry, you get judicial rebukes, but if you&#039;re a corporation you get eminent domain over whatever you may like,&#039; but that&#039;s exactly how it is enforced.]]></description>
