					<description><![CDATA[What&#039;s funny (or sad) is that a small over looked, yet critical, detail like this will get an engineering company or a doctor sued out of business.  Right after they kill or maim someone.  And a howling pack of rabid attorneys will be there to lead the charge.

I this case I suspect ALL the lawyers in this case will come out of it squeaky clean, with nary a malpractice suit or disciplinary action against them.]]></description>
