Clearly nothing is done, as if this were the case, then word on the street would be that it is never worth the ten bucks to risk getting identified.  Everyone in the policing and prosecuting business knows that the lineup has not one scintilla of validity, and myriad opportunity for abuse.  Time for the charade to end.]]></description>
