So this may be the best way to provide them notice.  Second, a fax about the class action over unwanted faxes is not in the same &quot;unwelcome&quot; category as the underlying unwanted fax itself.

By the way, I&#039;ve practiced in Judge Cueto&#039;s courtroom, and he&#039;s fair and very sharp.]]></description>
