					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m pretty sure that a real lawyer would know that grand juries do not find people guilty or not guilty and that the opponent in both grand jury proceedings and petty jury criminal proceedings is the state, not an organization such as an insurance company.

And I wonder whether falsely representing oneself as a lawyer is not a crime in his jurisdiction.]]></description>
