But is is odd that the lawyer says that he is not at liberty to discuss the details of the case now. You are the plaintiff’s lawyer. You have filed a lawsuit. When do you think you will be ready to chat about it?

I guess it comes down to why someone would kill the ex-wife of the former law partner that is suing them. I suspect that their is some sort of crazy issue here with the parents and the grandparent all knowing that a murder was about to be committed and then failing to act to stop it or even warn someone about it. But...Oh Dear God, this guy was a mess!

Cowey alleges the defendants failed to warn “Montgomery of the unsafe condition of their son.

This gives a whole new meaning to a defective product lawsuit. I guess they should have had a warming label tattooed on their son.
