Actually, the customer is being ripped off by the law firm. Rather than getting a free iPad, the customer is getting it up front and paying for it from the settlement fees. If the company being sued does not accept liability, then the customer does not get the iPad. In other words, the &quot;free iPad&quot; will not cost the law firm one cent.]]></description>
