When trying to be taken seriously, everything counts.
And since it’s not the D that gets one kicked out of school, but rather a GPA below 2.0, these former students might want to think about how they failed to score anything more than a C in any other law school course, since a B or two would have been plenty to raise up the overall GPA despite the D in contracts.
