I liked one comment which I will paraphrase a bit – “Why not include the gas station where he bought gas and the clothing store where he bought the clothes he wore while committing the crime?” You can see where it ends from there. The story just reenforces all the cliches about lawyers you’ve ever heard.

The person most responsible for the 4 murders was David Laffer yet there was no mention of him as a defendant. In this country when it comes to civil suits it’s a bigger sin to have deep pockets than to commit mass murder.

Had the pharmacy employed a security guard, there probably would have been 5 victims with the guard being shot first.
