					<description><![CDATA[And, both the suspect and the victim&#039;s family are suing the apartment complex and it&#039;s owners for the same thing....why did not the apartment complex do SOMETHING to prevent this?    They should sue each other instead; might have a (slightly) better chance of surviving summary dismissal.]]></description>
