					<description><![CDATA[To be fair, while reliance on the psychic qua psychic is absurd, police who receive a tip from a psychic do have some obligation to investigate the report because the psychic may have real information acquired by natural means. He or she may be the perpetrator or may be a witness who does not wish to disclose the fact. In other words, tips from psychics should be treated like other uncorroborated tips, not dismissed out of hand.]]></description>
