					<description><![CDATA[The notion of legal aid in civil cases is right and just, as well as being in sync with our ideal of equal access to justice.  Germany has done an admirable job in this area of the law, which, unfortunately, would be difficult to implement in the U.S.... As long as the ABA has a stranglehold on our legal system, and as long as the Supreme Court persists in holding that corporations and unions are people, powerful lobbies will continue to keep the status quo intact, with regard to this subject, and the many other legal reforms that we are in need of.]]></description>
