Thank you for keeping track of this issue. I live in TN and the federal and state govt. have taken my car and our home and sold them even before we have been found guilty of growing medical marijuana. The initial stop where they took my car was so illegal that those charges ” went away ” unfortunately so did my car. They sold the home that my husband and I built with our own hands two weeks ago. We never got a chance to prove that it was not built with drug money. We mostly gave our garden products away and had no money. We worked three jobs to support ourselves. When I tell people our story they can not believe it. I am sure you have heard this all before.
