					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m a little torn on H1B issues.  I know what they are supposed to be for; however, I&#039;ve seen how they are actually used.

There are a number of contracting firms that bring over people with inflated resumes, pay them a barely survivable wage, put them up in crappy apartments, while holding the possibility of firing them and sending them home the day they are fired. (H1Bs are job specific, and losing your job means losing your visa).  So, naming names may actually be helpful for pointing out some of those unscrupulous firms.]]></description>
