					<description><![CDATA[In their LA Times op-ed, they use the term &#039;reverse discrimination.&#039; Isn&#039;t &#039;reverse discrimination&#039; or &#039;reverse racism&#039; just a misnomer? It&#039;s just good ol&#039; discrimination and racism, afterall. 

Labeling it as &#039;reverse&#039; makes it sounds reciprocal or warranted.]]></description>
