The video clearly showed that the car barely slowed for the turn. Obviously, those aren&#039;t traffic laws, more like guidelines. If you think it is safe, just do it! The lead car of the cross traffic she refers to could have jammed on its brakes to avoid someone and it would not have affected her unless she was not looking where she was going.]]></description>
