					<description><![CDATA[In the matter of the retyped Severance agreement, it looks like the  the copy had the HR reps signature attached. I would think that would constitute fraud. Certainly, the company had never agreed to those terms. 

Seems the &#039;fair&#039; thing to do would be to let her sue, but take back the severance and jail her for grand thief through fraud.]]></description>
