The Cato Constitution Day is open but requires advance registration and has a fee. The Vermont consumer disclosure symposium is public: http://disclosuredebates.eventbrite.com/ The second (Nov. 7) Baltimore talk is not a public event but the faculty member in charge could allow exceptions. Don’t know about the Frederick or Canisius events yet.
