After all the passengers are allowed to sleep on the train so why shouldn’t the operator? It boggles the mind to know that they need two incidents in a short time (whatever that means) to fire the operator. Next they will claim a medical reason (Narcolepsy?) and will sue under the ADA to prevent her from being fired.
