					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m actually surprised there hasn&#039;t been more of an ourcry from the left, as i have absolutely no doubt that The 1980&#039;s thatcher government wouldn&#039;t have hesitated in using these laws against the Striking miners and dockers.  

I would be less worried if they included the words &quot;Only for the purposes of directly combating terrorism&quot;, but for some reason those words never appear on any of these bills.]]></description>
