We got over it within two months. If EEOC is still suffering lingering these effects, they have incompetent leadership and management. That is an excuse, not a reason. Before you start bailing, you need to stop flooding yourself. 
For the record, I am not attributing this failure to every federal govt organization. I personally work with dozens of DOD leaders and managers, most of whom are highly competent.]]></description>
