					<description><![CDATA[To my mind the most offensive aspect of this is the demand that the growers give up their right to appeal (something it also does in some criminal cases)  Since when does the government have the right to demand that a defendant give up a fundamental right? Doesn&#039;t this tactic constitute a Due Process violation?]]></description>
