Bill Clinton, Eliot Spitzer and Hillary Clinton may have faced political consequences, but none of them have done jail time, nor are they likely to in the future.

You know what? That doesn’t really cut it as an explanation. Bill Clinton had money and power. Eliot Spitzer had money and power. Hillary Clinton has money and power, but she’s going down, too, for something even less clearly damaging. There’s ‘pithy’ and ‘trenchant’ and then there’s just ‘lazy.’
