I have nothing against “vaping” but I can understand if people want to ban it indoors. The smog-machine “vapor” could leave a residue on things, and it does have a bit of an odor.

Outdoors, it should be fine.

It really bothers some nanny types that there’s a “safe” (or “safer”) way to smoke.

Hmm, I wonder if progressives, those champions of science and its teachings, will heed this scientific evidence and drop their nascent war on vaping. Ha ha, just kidding. Of course, we can at least expect to see the media paint efforts to limit vaping as anti-science. Bhwaahahah, just kidding again.

I agree that we need to educate the public to the fact that e cigs are not harmful to those around you. In addition if you are using this product instead of smoking cigarettes this is for sure a healthier option. There are studies out there that are giving people the wrong idea. The tests used high voltage of 5V on the vape machine – if this was actually used it would cause such a bad tasting vapor that nobody would inhale it in the first place. In fact using the vaporizer at the proper lower voltage will produce no detectable issues. … We should not be trying to reduce the number of people using these products, especially when the majority of people who purchase them are using them as a safer alternative to smoking cigarettes.

Check out these other research document about the ecig vapor before making a hasty decision.

Air also contains substantial amounts of Carbon Dioxide, which in high concentrations has been shown to promote rapid breathing and yawning; and oxygen, which can cause combustion. In combination they also support global warming. The safest thing is to keep away from air in all its forms, as well as Dihydrogen Oxide with its well-documented dangers.

Ambient air contains about 80% N2, a deadly asphyxiant. We need to educate the public about this danger.
