					<description><![CDATA[I did prison health work briefly about 25 yrs ago and several of us were sued for not being
endocrinologists and hence incompetent to treat diabetes.  It came to nothing but in the course of events I was told there were 4-5 people in the local federal court whose job it was to deal with prisoner suits.  They were generally fast tracked and thrown out, much 
faster than for non-prisoner suits which seemingly can drag on for years at the whim of the attorneys (defense or plaintiff).]]></description>
