Why courts of “law” tolerate this nonsense is beyond me. That’s the problem with having so many leftist sycophants in academia. If garbage actions like this were ruthless and pitilessly criticized by law profs, judges would take notice, but we don’t have them, so judges go on their merry way with this sort of thing.
