If I missed it, could someone please point me to it? I know that this is the preferred progressive interpretation of the 2nd A., but it seems like it might be a good argument to shutdown all dissent. Just say that the 1st A rights only accrues to “the public”, as represented by “the press”, and only the “accredited, legitimate press” (i.e., NYT) counts.
