					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m on the front lines of this one.  The DOJ&#039;s action is allowing the plaintiff&#039;s bar to profiteer off of the ambiguity.  It&#039;s truly insane - one can only hope some defendant out there is willing to shoulder the burden and obtain an actual appellate court opinion stopping this nonsense.  Otherwise, millions will continue being flushed in an attempt to chase a non-existent standard.]]></description>
