Well, according to other articles, they also did a breath test and a blood draw, so it wasn&#039;t just the smell on his breath.  And he had an open container.  And he was driving on a revoked license, presumably from the 9 previous DUIs.  So he can blame the fish all he likes, but there&#039;s really no reason for anyone to believe him.]]></description>
