I think you refer to what is known as Arkell v. Pressdram, although that wasn’t actually a “case” – it was just a letter, and the famous reply to that letter.

And while I am at it—what is so rude about his response? The AG is abusing her office to punish him for speaking–does he have some social obligation to be civil? I think not.

The AG’s actions make her unfit for polite society.
