If he doesn’t chew his food before swallowing, what difference would a plastic knife make? (And, as someone whose eaten fried chicken in many venues, including while catching beads at a Mardi Gras parade and at church socials, I’ve never used a knife when eating it; and whatever my libation, remembered that my Momma taught me to chew thoroughly before swallowing).

I suppose that Popeye’s could print a warning on each food item: “If you’re too stupid to crew thoroughly before trying to swallow, don’t buy our products.”

Said attorney should be drawn and quartered, and then disbarred for wasting the court’s time. Fried chicken is meant to be eaten with the fingers. Typical loser, he bit off more than he could chew and now it’s somebody else’s fault. Next he will try to make this an ADA case!

Popeye’s has never handed out knives with their fried chicken unless you ask for one, which nobody but carpetbaggers ever does. But they are available, and I’m sure that this is the first and only time said attorney has EVER eaten fried chicken, much less Popeyes fried chicken.

Popeyes has only been the best store bought fried chicken available for over 30 years, but then I may be biased, even though it has been a Yankee company for some time now. At least they still use the original spice mix.

WTF? The man doesn’t know how to eat fried chicken? Where was he brought up? Under a rock in Sudan? If there is any justice at all in this world, the judge assigned to this needs to toss the suit with extreme prejudice, award Popeye’s legal costs, and sanction this idiot to within an inch of his career. Small wonder lawyers are considered so sleazy. This one seriously needs to be made an example of.
