I think of Thanksgiving as a time to be thankful for (as distinct from “to,” right?) friends, family, and colleagues for all the ways they enrich my life. Readers here at Overlawyered have come to be very much a part of that, even if we have never met in person. I’m also especially thankful this year for the blessings of good health and the prospect of holding on to those for a long time to come.

Walter Olson. On this day before Thanksgiving, I just wanted to say thanks for your great blog. It’s a wonderful source of information about government intrusion into our lives via the law and how lawyers pervert the law for their enrichment and to our detriment.
