I have to wonder if there is a legal rule about rounding or assumed precision.

In math, there is the concept of significant digits. Do they apply in the law as well?

In reply to Mark S.. Watch the video. The owner of the car claims she parked there not two minutes before the ticket was issued and that the clock in her car said it was 10:00. The ticket was issued at 2 seconds to 10.

I saw this last month, as well. Not to nitpick, but is this the actual time when the car was parked, or just when parking enforcement finally wrote the ticket?

I saw this last month. The video is pretty funny even factoring in what a colossal waste of time and taxpayer money the whole situation was.
