					<description><![CDATA[Why not go after the real deep pockets?  The oil companies that produced all the chemicals that allowed the hardware that makes up the internet to be created.  They, clearly, are the literal fount of all tears.

I have always wondered why the government never seems to go after the telephone companies for civil forfeiture.  They provide all the infrastructure that the bad guys need to carry out their criminal activities.]]></description>

Someone taught the ISIS members to type (using the English language) and someone made the keyboards they used to type in their messages. Without that assistance they couldn&#039;t have posted their messages on social media sites.]]></description>
